How It Works
Simply submit your property or service link via the Submit Portfolio page, along with your email address or preferred contact information, using the application form. If selected, we will contact you directly to discuss the design. Submission and portfolio creation are completely free.

Note: We maintain highly selective standards to ensure the highest quality.

Selection Criteria
Only one property per area is chosen to maintain exclusivity. To be considered, your listing must:

If accepted, you will receive a short questionnaire to provide us with key details and preferences. Once submitted, we will handle everything:

• Include any existing partnerships or collaborations from your side, if applicable.

• Promote your property through our marketing channels and social media presence.

Advertising & Visibility
You may also create an account, choose a tier, and promote your listing on our platform. However, portfolio visibility and functionality remain exclusive to accepted properties to preserve our curated standard.

For Affiliates
If you offer transportation, yacht services, fine dining, or other luxury experiences, the application process is the same. Submit your request to be considered for a partnership.

3. User Accounts

You may register using email/password or Google OAuth to manage subscriptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until you cancel.
Cancellations via your account dashboard or by emailing info@casaluxa.com take effect immediately and stop future billing.

Refunds – Refunds are provided only in the event of a misunderstanding or if we fail to deliver the services as described in your chosen subscription tier. For example, if you upgrade to a paid plan and we do not fulfill the promised deliverables within two days, you will be eligible for a refund.

5. Free Listing and Affiliate Arrangements

The Freemium listing is provided at our sole discretion and may be removed or altered at any time.
Affiliate tracking activates only when a user clicks on an affiliate link and completes a qualifying action, such as making a purchase or booking.
When this happens, we earn a percentage-based commission.

6. Payments and Third-Party Gateways

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, and you agree to their respective Terms of Service during checkout.
We do not store your payment details; all transactions are handled securely by third-party processors.

7. Intellectual Property
